Needle valves, like sliding valves, have two types of up-to-date stems that are more common in industrial use. In terms of milk components, needle milk is very similar to sliding milk, so you may have heard the title of the needle milk. The brass needle valve is called a slider valve that seems to be due to its hand -shaped handwriting, and we have inevitably used this title in the product section. It should be noted that if the word Flack is considered to be a kind of gate family of Volvo.
Types of needle milk in terms of body shape & nbsp; & nbsp;
& nbsp; needle milk is divided into three major types of t-shaped needle valve, 90 degrees needle milk (globe parasite) and Y-shaped needle valve. In the figure above you will see them. In the following section we will introduce these three types of needle valves.
Needle t-shaped valve
This type of needle valve is the most common and widely used type of needle valve in which a Z-shaped aperture is used. The seat horizontal adjustment allows the disc and the stem to allow them to be perpendicular to the horizon. This type of needle valve design has the lowest current coefficient and the highest pressure drop. This type of needle valve is used in systems such as bypass lines that are intended to adjust heavy current along with control valves. This type of needle valve is also used in cases where the current is intended and we do not have to worry about pressure drop. In other words, it can be said that the biggest limit of this type of needle valve is its high pressure drop.
