Surface preparation:

Surfaces exposed to grouting should be scraped to remove possible crusts and reveal aggregates. Do not use heavy hammers, air hammers and other similar tools that will cause the aggregates to break and at the same time remain in place. The surfaces must be cleaned of oil, dust, paint, curing agent and other contaminants that reduce adhesion. Wet the surfaces exposed to grouting so that water does not absorb the mortar. So that the surfaces are wet but there is no free water. When installing screws or rebar, pay special attention to the fact that the blades are empty and there is no water or oil, and if necessary, use compressed air to drain them.

The surface of the columns and screws must be clean and free of fat, grease and paint. Adjust and fix the installed equipment. If it is necessary to remove the spacer plates, fill them a little to make them easy to remove.

Make sure the formwork is tight and watertight to prevent the grout from moving in and out.

Mixing:

Make sure that the internal surfaces of the mixer are wet, but there is no free water. Then measure the amount of water and pour it into the blender. While filling, mix and slowly add MTOFLOW 2000M to it. Continue stirring for 3 to 5 minutes until a homogeneous, smooth and bubble-free mortar is obtained.

Pour:

Pour immediately after mixing, always pour the mortar from a point that has the smallest distance from the surroundings. Pour the mortar continuously and, if possible, create the necessary height to provide the movement pressure.

MTOFLOW grouts can be used with all types of injection pumps. After pouring the MTOFLOW 2000M grout, immediately cover the open surfaces completely with a wet sack and keep it wet until the grout is ready for surface finishing or the mortar setting is complete. If it is not possible to use water, you can use surface treatment material called MTOFLOW.

The temperature of the mortar and the objects placed inside it should be between +5 and +35 degrees Celsius. Do not increase the amount and temperature of the water because it will cause the mortar to be too fluid and as a result the phenomenon of water shedding or separation.

Under no circumstances, do not dilute the MTOFLOW 2000M grout again and avoid consuming more than the specified amount.
