Then mix water and glue powder until it becomes a paste. Then rest the dough for a while and start kneading the dough again. If the dough is still dry, add some water. When the material is smooth, your dough is ready. Finally, with a trowel, spread the paste-shaped glue on the surfaces of the Hablex or AAC blocks. The thickness of the glue you prepare should be about 2 or 3 mm so that the blocks stick together easily. Then stack the blocks in order on top of each other.

 

Use block glue according to national standard No. 706-2 for building blocks.

Mix block glue with clean water in a suitable plastic container according to the instructions on the envelope. If the air temperature is less than 5 degrees Celsius, hot water with a temperature of at least 10 degrees Celsius is used to mix with a low speed mixer until a uniform mixture is obtained.

Do not add water while stirring the mixture. After stopping for 10 minutes, stir the mixture again before use.
