One of the main problems in plastering on roofs and smooth concrete surfaces is the lack of adhesion, scaling and delamination of gypsum. Saveh Gypsum Saveh Company, after quality control tests in its specialized laboratory (located in the factory) and benefiting from experienced and creative specialists, has started to produce Gypton gypsum (for concrete coating). This product is produced from a combination of high quality (golden) and micronized gypsum, with the required additives and can be easily applied on walls, ceilings and concrete surfaces. It also dries faster than regular gypsum and takes longer to set than regular gypsum. As a result, it gives the craftsman time to pay for the level. Also, due to the presence of water retaining additives, cement can not immediately absorb the water in the plaster and cause the plaster to peel from the joint. Gipton gypsum is packaged and marketed in polypropylene bags weighing 30 kg.

By mixing 10 kg of Gypton gypsum with 7.5 to 8 liters of water and using an electric mixer for about 2 to 3 minutes, a homogeneous, sticky and ready-to-use gypsum mortar is obtained.

Setting time (consumption):

The initial setting of the prepared mortar is 12 to 15 minutes and the secondary setting is 30 to 35 minutes.
