Foam Concrete Liquid is produced in the form of protein foam and chemical foam fluids, which include protein compounds and chemical solvents, and is capable of producing fine, compact, and stable bubbles of 0.3 to 0.8 mm in the foam generator system. At a ratio of 35, it is mixed with water and the output is used as a foam for mixing with concrete.
Properties and effects of liquid foam concrete:
- Neutral pH (no impact on concrete lightening facilities)
- Lightweight concrete
- Concrete foam fluid can reduce density due to its negative impact on concrete strength.
- Increased concrete strength to 1.4 MPa due to the production of small bubbles
- Early application of neutral concrete at very low temperatures
Applications of liquid foam concrete:
- Use in concrete installation facilities
- Concrete in humid areas of the country
- Production of CNC blocks
- Concrete floors and rooms
- On roof slopes and flooring
- Lightweight block production
