Two-part cement-polymer sealant is one of the most widely used and effective sealing and insulating products for cementitious surfaces. The two-component elastomeric sealant is a powder (cement) and liquid (acrylic resin) component that, after being combined with an efficient and flexible product, is made with high adhesion and flexibility, which is used in sealing and insulation. The work has concrete surfaces.
The weight percent of the two components of the elastomeric two-component sealant is formulated to give a slurry-like color after the compound is formed so that it can be easily applied to the surface by a brush. Two-component cement-polymer sealants can be applied on a variety of surfaces with positive or negative pressure. In most of the old or new concrete projects sealing after construction is considered is the best and easiest option for two-component elastomeric sealing. It is also a chemical-polymeric sealant suitable for isogam replacement for bathrooms and has a longer shelf life (about three times) than isogam. Pools and reservoirs made of brick or brick blocks that require surface sealing need to be surface sealed after surface contracting. Also, polymer-cemented dual-component sealant is a good option for insulation and sealing of roofs instead of isogam. The two-component elastomeric sealant protects the surfaces against carbonization and intrusion of chlorine ions. The polymer seal is highly adherent to the concrete surfaces and will not crack in case of any structural movement or structural failure due to its high elasticity and flexibility. Polymer sealant can be applied to concrete pipes and other building surfaces such as bricks, blocks and more.
Application:
• Sealing of roofs of houses, commercial buildings, workshops and ...
• Floor and wall sealing toilets and bathrooms
• Floor and wall sealing of kitchens
• Parking and isolating all surfaces that are not in direct contact with water.
Properties and effects:
• High penetration strength into concrete
• Concrete texture uniform
• Non-respiration of concrete
• Speed and ease of execution
• Non-toxic and applicable to drinking water
