The structure of the waste firing system is that a room is initially considered to be a garbage chamber on one of the lower floors of the building approximately 2.5 × 3.5 meters, then a 50 or 60 cm round canal of stainless steel sheet from this room. It is perpendicular to the roof, with a split and throwing valve placed on each floor for residents to throw their trash into the trash can in the trash room. The best type of material for the waste disposal of stainless steel sheet 304 is 1mm thick for main channel and valves and 2mm thick for accelerator channel. But some buildings also use galvanized sheets to save money instead of stainless steel, which is not very suitable.
Trash Room Ventilator:
Alongside the waste shuttle canal, another channel of 25 or 30 cm in diameter of 0.6 or 0.7 galvanized steel can be run to evacuate the waste room air to minimize the unpleasant odor of the waste room. This channel runs parallel to the shuttle channel up to the roof and slightly above the shuttle channel and at the end a mechanical or electric fan is installed.
Waste and wet waste segregation:
The best way to separate dry and wet garbage in the waste disposal system is to use two separate canal lines if there is adequate space. Another way is to put in a trash can at the bottom of the trash canal a trash can with dampers and direct the waste to its own tank using the electric keys that are attached to the valves. However, in many buildings due to lack of space or cost savings, waste shuttling is performed without a waste separation system.
Waste Shot Washing System:
To rinse the Shouting Channel as needed in parts of the channel, spray nozzles are inserted to wash the Shouting Channel when required by water pressure. There is also a type of Shutter Channel Washing System, in which in addition to water spray nozzles, a rotary brush operated by the motor inside the canal is also used.
Waste compressor:
It is not necessary to use a waste compactor due to its high cost and installation and maintenance problems. Because it can be easily solved by placing an auxiliary or larger tank in a properly sized room, it does not require the use of a compactor that can only reduce waste by up to 40% at best.
