Aluminum-copper-lithium calibrated aluminum tube Yekyas

This product is produced with an average density of 4.2 grams per cubic centimeter using a horizontal centrifugal casting machine made of aluminum, 1.8 percent silicon, 7.2 percent copper, and 3.2 percent lithium. The hardness of the outer surface of the pipe is 95 Vickers and gradually increases to 251 Vickers on the inner surface of the pipe, and consequently, the wear resistance of the inner surface is 18% higher than the outer surface. In this product, according to the figure below, two layers can be separated with the naked eye. These two layers are produced in situ during centrifugal casting.
