Surface preparation

The surfaces on which MTOBOND2200 is used must be clean, hard and free from harmful substances. Thickening the layer may cause it to spill. Use multiple layers to reach the desired thickness and allow 15 to 30 minutes for the next layer. Smooth the final surface with a metal trowel or trowel board. Another method is to give it a day to dry after applying the first layer, then apply a layer of grout and the second layer.

Application of mortar or final layer on horizontal surfaces

Mortar modified with MTOBOND2200 can be poured to different thicknesses from 6 to 60 mm in one step. After mixing, pour MTOBOND2200 modified mortar on the freshly primed surface. Then squeeze it completely and smooth it. In the last step, you can use a metal trowel or a trowel to smooth its surface according to the desired conditions.
