Fusion is a new technology used to create a connection between two optical cables, also called optical fiber welding, in which heat is used to connect optical fibers to each other. Welding of two optical fibers is done by a device called fusion.
This device generates heat by heating or melting the fiber optic fibers at the boiling point, which causes the two to weld to each other. In most applications, the best way to connect fiber optics in terms of quality and cost is fiber optic fusion.
Fiber optic fusion is actually done with the aim of reducing the scattering and reflection of light along the fiber optic cable. Electric arc heat is usually used for this purpose, but in older methods other than gas flame heat or heat from electric current passing through tungsten film may also be used.
Today, fiber optic cables are among the latest technologies and these cables have a multi-layered structure that to create a weld between them, these cables must be carefully and correctly cut and thoroughly cleaned.
The above fiber optic fusion device is made in the dimensions of 146x159x150 mm and weighs 2.5 kg and is in the market of network equipment with excellent manufacturing quality and strong and resistant body for sale. This fiber optic fusion device has a boiling speed of up to 6 seconds and a heating time of up to 9 seconds. Fujikura fiber optic fusion is equipped with stainless steel with a diameter of 80 to 150 microns and a coating diameter of 100 to 3000 microns and has a lithium-ion battery. Equipped with a 4.73-inch color LCD to view the method and display dual cameras.
