How does the profile work?
The first step is to make sure the saw is in good condition and capable of cutting profiles, so it is best to check the base of the saw, cable and switch.
Always shorten and lift the power cord of the profile device to suit your work environment, as cutting it can pose a great danger to you and everyone in the vicinity.
Wearing safety equipment such as glasses, gloves, and work clothing will prevent you from being harmed by cutting parts, so be sure to keep safety before work.
Before cutting, be sure to mark the slot on the profile piece with a marker, and make a thickness profile to estimate the cutting time, if the cutting time is long enough to prevent the workplace from warming up several times. Cut and start cutting again. One of the important points of using profiles is to not use this tool on concrete, steel, cement and even aluminum alloy surfaces, although the profiling machine has the ability to cut this type of work, but because of the main mission of this profile cutting machine. The cutting of other materials will slow it down and may damage the user in subsequent cuts.
Also, it should not be used repeatedly in order to prevent damage to the machine during operation and should be rested briefly to prevent the motor coil from being burnt.
Avoid hitting the device to start or remove it, and avoid placing heavy objects on its grip.
At the end of the cutting operation, clean the blade and place it in its proper position.
Ensure that the appliance is not plugged in after the job is completed. The blades of the machine need to be replaced as long as they are not sharpened at all. Discard damaged blades of profile because it may slip off the device and cause you damage.
