The structure of the lubricant-forming molecules based on polycarboxylate ether is composed of one main branch and several sub-branches. By adding polycarboxylate ether to the concrete mixture or cement mortar, a charged layer of polycarboxylate ether molecules circulates around the cement grains. This will remove the cement particles from each other into the concrete mixture or mortar.
Application:
- Concrete using pump
- Concrete beams, columns and shear walls
- Can be used in ordinary reinforced concrete and cement mortars
- Increase the adhesion of the aggregates in concrete with poor aggregation.
- Concrete in summer and tropical regions
Advantages:
- Increased psychological and concrete efficiency
- Ease of pumping without increasing water content and increasing concrete compressive strength
- Prevent creep and shrinkage of concrete
- Delayed concrete retention time suitable for tropical areas and summer use
- Avoid surface cracks
- Reduce the water to cement ratio by about 5 to 15 percent
