Ready concrete for use in different cases has different grades. However, all ready-mixed concrete mixes must have acceptable stability or slip. The strength of concrete depends on the ratio of cement, coarse aggregates, water and additives. However, the ratio of water to cement is the most important factor in concrete strength. The lower the ratio of water to cement, the higher the compressive strength of concrete. Increasing the amount of water consumed in ready-mixed concrete reduces its compressive strength.
Ready concrete uses:
- One of the most important and common applications of ready-mixed concrete is in the construction of reinforced concrete in buildings or in concrete skeletons. Another application of concrete in paving is the way. Ready-made concrete is used in the construction of concrete pavements.
- Another recently used concrete application is the use of concrete as a concrete flooring. Due to the high heat capacity of the concrete, the strength and the variation in color of the concrete (by additives), these types of floors are suitable for the interior of the building. They can also be used in open and high-traffic areas because of their high resistance.
- Among concrete applications, it can also be used in prefabricated building components, such as prefabricated stairs. The best time to install a prefabricated staircase and a round staircase is after the concrete has been laid to the ceiling and before the building's joinery. If the skeleton is concrete, it is best to specify the location of the prefabricated staircase prior to the concrete roofing stage.
