Today, the rise of environmental issues has had an impact on the construction industry. Waste generation during construction projects has always been the focus of environmental activists, so that in all stages of construction projects, large and small, the environment is strongly affected. Prefabricated and prefabricated houses can not be built more than two floors. If one wants to build more than two floors, one has to take many measures and prerequisites. Due to the fact that the use of prefabricated structures is very widespread in today's world and is used in various industries.
Product technical specifications:
Earthquake conditions: (first seismic zone) Effective ground acceleration coefficient: Ao = 0,40
Climatic conditions: Nazar products are made on the third climatic zone.
Snow load: 75 Kg / m2 depending on the place of assembly.
Wind speed: 80 km / h (stabilized on the ground)
Exterior wall thermal insulation coefficient: (K: 0.45 Kcal / m²hC (K: 0,53 W / m² K
Internal wall thermal insulation coefficient :( K: 0.44 Kcal / m²hC K: 0,51 W / m² K)
Light steel materials: Erdemir 1311, (ST-37) Standard DIN EN 10147-00, produced from galvanized steel with zinc coating.
Betopan: Specific weight about: حدود 1300 kg / m³ - Refractory (B1 DIN 4102 Part 1) Heat transfer coefficient: (λ10˚C dry)
Chassis bearing capacity: 200 kg / m² (in two-storey buildings) (calculated according to T.S 498 e)
Roof thermal insulation capacity: 200 kg / m² (in two-storey buildings) (calculated according to T.S 498 e)
Internal and external panels:
Interior and exterior panels are made of chipboard with double-sided cement coating (bitumen) with dimensions of 8x1250x2500 mm. To provide thermal insulation, hard polyester floor with a density of 12 and a thickness of 84 mm is used. The thickness of the outer panel is 10 cm and the thickness of the inner panel is 6 cm and its height is 250 cm. The heaviest part of buildings that are made with hollow wall panels and window panels with windows is 114 kg. (For a panel with an outer door measuring 125 x250 cm)
Connecting panels:
All special H and U profiles, which are connecting parts, are produced from galvanized sheet with special rolling and are connected with a clamping system. Due to the curvature of the corners, rust will not be caused by sweating.
Bearing skeleton:
Roof trusses, beams and columns are specially produced from folded galvanized stainless steel sheet. A specially shaped truss is placed along the building every 125 cm. Bolts and nuts are used during installation, and for this reason it is possible to open and close them many times. Non-welded and with system, screw connections are produced in our modern factories.
