How to use MTOBOND P-2200 latex adhesive
Surface preparation:

As with all adhesives, surface preparation is very important. Remove all the leachate, oil, grease, mold oil and curing agent and create a surface with open pores. Before applying the mortar, saturate the surface with MTOBOND P-2200 latex glue so that there is no excess water on the surface.

Mixing:

Mixing should be done by powerful mixers, although up to 25 kg can be mixed by hand. First, pour sand and cement into the mixer and mix for 1 minute. Then add MTOBOND P-2200 latex glue (diluted with water if necessary) and continue mixing for 3 minutes.
Due to the lubricating properties of MTOBOND P-2200 latex glue, make sure that mixing is not prolonged, the mixture is effective for 3 hours at 35 degrees Celsius. If possible, do not expose the mixture to wind, rain or sun.
Use a notched trowel to implement. To avoid the formation of a crust, spread it on the mortar with a maximum area of 1 square meter. Place the dry tiles on the mortar and make sure that they are completely in contact with the mortar with a little rotating movement. When the tiles are in their final position, gently tap them with a wooden trowel.
Allow at least 24 hours for it to take and then tighten the strap. Especially if the installation of the tile is exposed to permanent moisture, or for the installation of heavy decorative items, it is recommended to use hard mortar and press on the tile to ensure its complete replacement in the mortar. The ridges and depressions behind the tiles should be covered with mortar, and it is better to smear the back of the tiles with mortar to ensure the full contact of the glue.
