Firebox Hot Water Boiler Daboo Sanat

Daboo Sanat

The firebox hot water boilers are similar to the firewall boilers in terms of installation techniques and their shell and combustion chamber are oval shaped. These types of boilers are typically manufactured for use in hot water applications with low capacity and pressure. The Firebox boiler is a compact and affordable unit and is an ideal choice for central motors. Significant thermal efficiency of 92% and compactness are the main features of hot water boilers produced in the industry. The unique design of the device is such that the furnace is located at the bottom of the boiler at the outlet of the returning hot water and its third thermal pass is at its highest point. This configuration transfers the energy in the exhaust gases from the chimney to the hot water system and increases the thermal efficiency of the device, thereby lowering the temperature of the exhaust chimneys to approximately the same temperature as the hot water outlet.

Firebox Hot Water Boiler Daboo Sanat

The hot water boilers are manufactured and manufactured according to EN12953, BS2790 Europe and ISIR4231, National ISIR7911 standards. All stages of production of these boilers are closely monitored by the Iranian Institute of Standards and Industrial Research as well as the Iranian Quality and Standards Inspection Company. The steel used in the manufacture of pressure zones is DIN17155-17MN4 and non-pressure zinc EN10025-S235JR and heat transfer pipes made of DIN17175-ST35.8 which are manufactured and used by the most prestigious European suppliers. Welding of all pressure areas by the SAW (Sub Powder) method is carried out with a fully automatic canvas and column, positioner and tank handler which provides the highest quality of welding and integration. In non-pressure and root welding zones, SWAW method and manual welding with E7018, E7010 electrodes are used in accordance with WPS and PQR. All hot water boiler lines are tested by NDT tests such as RT, UT, PT and VT according to the above standards. Also, all welders are tested according to EN287 and have a welding qualification certificate from the most prestigious inspection and testing centers under the complete supervision of the factory's quality control unit.

Hydrostatic testing is designed at 1.5 times the pressure and after all the welding operations are performed for one hour with water at least 7 ° C with the supervision of resident inspector and quality control department. The doors are insulated and fireproofed by a ceramic fiber with a density of 128kg / m³ with a temperature tolerance of 1260 ° C by means of a lining method which avoids energy loss and adheres to long-term heat shock requirements and is resistant to long-term heat shocks. No maintenance. Boiler insulation is also carried out with ceramic fibers with densities of 128kg / m³ and 96kg / m³ with a temperature of 1260 ° C at 2 and 3 inches thick (depending on operating pressure and temperature) and retaining coatings of color-coated galvanized aluminum. And it's stainless steel. The covers are insulated in such a way that there is no gap between them and the temperature difference of the body is at a maximum ambient temperature of 15 ° C.
