Reinforced concrete adhesive is a polymer that is formulated and produced from synthetic resins of homopolymer and reacts easily with concrete water and cement, and increases tensile strength, bending and also durability of concrete, however, the most important property of this product is increasing. It is adhesive and will increase the density and thus reduce the permeability by increasing the adhesion strength of the concrete mix particles.
Properties and effects:
- High adhesion to concrete, building materials and stone
- Improving chemical resistance, abrasion, tensile
- Increased concrete compressive strength
- Reducing the permeability of concrete
- Reduce shrinkage and shrinkage of concrete and thus reduce shrinkage cracks
- Lack of concrete fall in alkaline environments
- Prevent cracking caused by concrete shrinkage
- Increase the flexibility of concrete and mortar
- Possibility of reducing water consumption of concrete up to 5%
- Prevent concrete cracking
- Increased reliability and durability of concrete
- Increased concrete resistance to melting and freezing cycles
- Increase the strength of concrete against desalination
Application:
- Suitable for connecting new concrete to old concrete
- Suitable for applying primer layer on concrete surfaces
- Possibility of making mortar and sealing coatings for different levels
- Possibility to add putty powder to increase the adhesion strength
- Suitable for preparing stone putty, to fill stone porosity after installation
- Ability to seal water structures, such as swimming pools and water tanks and treatment plants
- Suitable for combination with restorative mortars to repair superficial and deep injuries
- Can be used in tiling mortars and fasteners, to increase the adhesion strength and reduce permeability
